In the heart of "Pays du Mans"...

It's a small "paradise", where you'll
find calm and quietness, in a marvallous
environment, with meadows and forests
at the gateway of "Le Mans".

The house is in a park of
9200m² with a parking place.

You'll find some quiet spots in the park
to have a rest and you can go also for a
walk through one of the sereval
footpaths around our house.
